- Dada ayam (d potong) .
- sudu besar kerisik (boleh lebihkan) 2.
- sudu besar gula melaka (boleh lebihkan) 2.
- santan kotak 200 ml.
- air (boleh lebihkan) 2 cawan.
- asam keping 1.
- Cukup rasa .
- sudu garam 1.
- daun kunyit 4 helai.
- sebesar ibu jari halia 2.
- sebesar ibu jari lengkuas 1.
- bawang putih 8 ulas.
- biji bawang merah kecil 6.
- cili kering (ikut suka kepedasan) 20.
- serai 4 batang.
- minyak masak 1 cawan.

Langkah-langkah RENDANG AYAM (recreate)
- Sediakan ayam yg sudah dipotong.. Blend kesemua bahan ini bersama minyak = serai, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas, cili kering yg sudah d rebus...
- Panaskan kuali dan tuang bahan2 yg sudah di blend.. Kemudian masukkan terus asam keping, gula melaka, kerisik, garam, cukup rasa.. Masak sehingga pecah minyak dan garing ikut kepuasan masing2.
- Kemudian masukkan santan kotak dan air.. Boleh tambah air kalau ayam banyak.. Untuk resepi ni saya tmbah air sedikit, masukkan sedikit air ke dalam bekas kotak santan (jimat santan π) biarkan sehingga mendidih.. Baru masukkan ayam...
- Biarkan ayam sebati dgn kuah rendang.. Kalau boleh gaul setiap 2 ke 3 minit sbb tkut melekat kat kuali.. Bila kuah rendang dah mcm pekat2 sikit tabur daun kunyit dan gaul2 lagi... Masak sehingga pecah minyak.. Sy tadi terlebih minyak. Terpaksa asingkan ke dalam periuk untk buang lebihan minyak.. Jgn lupa periksa rsa rendang tu, boleh tambah cukup rasa kalau kurang π.
